TERMS OF SALE
Budget Portable Buildings (herein reffered to as TexasBudgetBuildings - TBB) agrees to deliver to the property of the Buyer for the agreed price the agreed, subject building. Texas Budget Buildings (TBB) will take responsibility for the delivery of the subject building to the Buyer's property. Once to the property of the Buyer, Texas Budget Buildings will not be responsible for damage to the subject building delivered because of, or due to, low hanging tree limbs, low power lines, television or cable lines, sink holes, septic tanks, septic lateral lines or unlevel ground that may cause the subject building to turn over. Nor will Texas Budget Buildings be responsible for damage to the subject building caused by narrow gates, fences or any other structures on the property coming in contact with the subject building. Buyer agrees and understands that Texas Budget Buildings will not be held responsible for any damage to Buyer's property or any other structure due to delivery of the purchased subject building. It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer prior to delivery of the purchased building to provide information to Texas Budget Buildings regarding location of power, television or cable lines; underground septic tanks, lateral lines, and water lines or any other hinderance that may interfer with delivery of subject building.
Should Texas Budget Building's delivery truck become in-operable because of getting stuck due to running over a septic tank or lateral line, leaking water faucet, water line or any other condition causing the delivery truck to become in-operable, Buyer agrees, understands, and takes total responsibility to pay all expenses for towing the delivery truck to a safe place to unload the subject building.
Should Texas Budget Buildings delivery truck have to remove fences, gates, cut trees or tree limbs, or preform any other action necessary for a clear path to complete delivery of the subject building, regardless of necessary work location, Buyer agrees to pay the minimum labor fee for these labors which is set at $150.00 (One hundred fifty dollars) for the first hour and $100.00 (One hundred dollars) for each additional hour after the first hour. The total amount for these services will be due same day on completion of setting-up of delivered subject building.

Use of this website in no way obligates TBB or its advertisers in anyway whatsosever. Responses to inquiries are made on best effort at the time of inquiry but are subject to change. TBB is in no way responsible for any claims made by any
person, company, partnership or corporation. Visitors to TBB understand, accept and agree that use of TBB is solely at their own risk and discretion.
TBB reserves the right to refuse service or sale(s) to anyone for any reason with no prior notification. TBB also reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary for any reason.
Nor will TBB or any of its associates be held responsible or liable for any loss or damages, monetary or otherwise resulting from use of any of these page.
